We take pride in customizing our programs for our clients specific goals, fitness levels & budgets. We do this by performing a detailed Initial Fitness Assessment where we take all of your baseline measurements, goal setting & physical assessment where we identify your strengths/weaknesses.

The BYBF way of personal training is different than many personal training studios....We begin with each client by assessing their goals, current fitness level and schedule/budget! This initial fitness assessment allows our trainers to customize a specific program for you to personally meet all of your goals as fast as possible.
Private personal training is an investment in yourself and is the best way to stay motivated, focused and constantly progressing to the next level.

If you prefer the customization of personal training, but would like to train with your family, friend or co-worker - we offer small group (2-person max) personal training sessions.
With this option you not only get the fun of working out with your chosen workout partner, but you can also split the cost of the personal training session!
