"We are not a GYM!"

We are a total fitness center that is focused on "PERSONALIZED FITNESS".

Our philosophy and all of our services are geared towards creating, implementing and maintaining a complete fitness program that is personalized for you to see RESULTS!!

At most 'GYMS' you pay a fee for a membership and for the most part you are on your own to figure out how to use the equipment, what to do while you're there and no one really cares if you show up or not. Some of these gyms may even offer what they call "personal training" but really what you end up getting is a workout buddy or a spotter. The atmosphere is usually very impersonal and before long your motivation is gone and you stop going.

In contrast at BYBF, we will progressively train you. It is our goal to provide you with proper instruction, experienced direction and energetic motivation while always keeping you on the track to success. By working with a real personal trainer you will be held accountable, which will help you see faster results! We not only care if you show up, but we also will hold you to a certain level of expectations to get better, stronger, faster and healthier no matter where you're starting from.

We believe that FITNESS IS A JOURNEY, NOT A DESTINATION and we look forward to being a part of your journey!

Initial Fitness Assessment (Required before PT package can be purchased)
We take the time to talk with our clients and assess their unique situation in order to create an individualized plan to solve their problems.  Testing may include goal setting, suggested target heart rate, muscular strengths/ weaknesses/ imbalances, flexibility and more.
