Initial Fitness Assessment
We take the time to talk with our clients and assess their unique situation in order to create an individualized plan to solve their problems. Testing may include goal setting, suggested target heart rate, muscular strengths/ weaknesses/ imbalances, flexibility and more. $35.00
If you have big goals and you want to see big results… Multiple sessions packages allow you to receive one-on-one instruction and motivation from a certified fitness professional. As you continue to train with your trainer you will learn how to modify and progressively change your routine to see faster results!

IFA is required, all PT sessions are 60 min., all PT packages have a 1 year expiration date, there are no refunds.
