We are a family here at BYBF, and our group fitness classes represent this. Each of our specialized classes are led by a certified fitness professional and are geared to make you work hard - but also have some fun with your friends as well!
If you are trying to improve your cardiovascular endurance we have 3 options of Indoor Cycling for you. For those of you who are looking to push your strength training workouts to the next level we offer 2 levels of Boot Camp classes that will help you get stronger! We also offer specialty classes that focus on CORE training for you to work on the areas that need the most help. Whatever you’re looking for we have a group fitness class that can help you reach your goals while having a blast!”
Classes are available for all fitness levels and we categorize them Beginner-level, Mid-level and Next-level.
