Adam is an entrepreneurship major at Northwood University in his final year in the program and was certified as a personal trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) in 2013. After completing the required 30 hour internship he’s teamed up with B Young B Fit to embark on his journey to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. He has experience in both individual as well as group setting, both creating and implementing customized fitness programs. He has worked with individuals who are “beginners” as well as people who’ve spent years frustrating themselves in the gym on their own. In a short time period he’s been able to build a wide base of knowledge working with clients of different ages and fitness levels. Adam is driven by a passion that stems from being an athlete since a young age. Teaming this competitive nature with his love for helping people, he strives to create customized programs that are both fun and effective for each individual. Part of his “fit-losophy” is to keep workouts fresh and new, as well as challenging to create a favorable environment for the client to not only succeed in reaching their goals, but also enjoy themselves while doing so. He wishes to share his love and passion for fitness with those who he works with and hopes to be able to create a similar sensation for those very same people.

The gym is a sanctuary for me, a place of peace, and I only hope to share my this with the people that I’m fortunate enough to get to work with. I can go into the gym with a head full of problems or emotions, and walk away feeling like a weight has been lifted; free and clear. I wish that more people would see the benefits in a healthy diet and exercise beyond the aesthetic goals.
