B Young- B Fit is now offering a monthly nutritional workshop featuring Food Coach Yael Dolev from Dolev LLC. Each month we will present a new topic that will help you understand your body's nutritional needs. You will also receive healthy cooking tips and recipes.
Brian and Yael will tell you the recommended group of foods based on your lifestyle, body chemistry and metabolic rate that will give you the best performance. Brian will also help you recognize messages that your body may be sending to you. For example, your lack of energy may be directly related to your diet and, more specifically, a lack of carbohydrates. Severe or constant muscle cramping may be related to dehydration and/or low levels of potassium/magnesium. Brian will help you recognize these signals and make healthy decisions to give you a more vibrant and healthy life.
