Personal training is for people who are looking for a little instruction, a little
structure, and a lot of motivation. Personal training at B Young – B Fit allows
you to work with an enthusiastic certified personal trainer in a focused atmosphere.
Your trainer will work along with you to develop, implement and modify a
fitness program that is specifically designed for you and your goals.

Your trainer will work with you to develop a Total Fitness Program that challenges you to improve, but doesn’t burn you out. Your total fitness program starts with an initial FREE Fitness Assessment. During the assessment you and your trainer will discuss your goals for your training and your previous experience. Your trainer will also determine your current fitness level which will allow them to develop a program that will help you reach your goals faster. Fitness assessments may include:

Group rates are given to groups of 2-3 people. All people must participate in each session in order to receive discount.
VIP Rates are given to clients who refer 2 or more people to B Young- B Fit. Referrals must complete at minimum an initial fitness assessment.
